Gillian Greenfeld is a filmmaker and an anthropologist. She has filmed on rights of women and identity in Europe, Asia, North America & South America. Presently, she is finishing a feature-length documentary on the legendary and controversial Bandit Queen of India, Phoolan Devi.
A graduate of University of British Colombia and Ryerson University in Canada, she is currently working on developing several film projects that narrate the stories of women in developing countries and their empowering journeys in the world.
